LED Headlight Bulbs
LED headlight bulbs are a type of headlight bulb that uses LED technology to produce light. They offer as much as 12,000 lumens per piece (depending on the specific bulbs for your car) which is 400% brighter than stock halogen headlights
There are two types of LED headlight bulbs: single-beam and dual-beam. A single-beam(H1/H3/880/881/9012/P13/PSX26/H16(EU)/PSX24/H10/9005/9006/H11/H16/H8/H9/H7/H16(JP)) LED bulb has one strip of chips. This means that it can only perform one lighting function, either low or high beam. A dual-beam (H4/H13/9004/9007)bulb has two strips of LED chips. Each strip performs a different function, so the one bulb is capable of both low and high beam settings.
LEDs are to halogen lamps what Ferraris are to horse-drawn carriages. The halogen headlights are weak and always dim yellow. Visibility is poor, with light barely reaching 30 meters ahead. Other benefits include long service life, improved safety, ease of installation, energy efficiency, better aesthetics, and automotive trends.
LED headlights have several benefits. The first benefit of LED headlights is a significant increase in visibility at night. Let the driver see the road clearly at night and drive more safely. The second benefit is more energy saving. Other benefits include softer light, less heat dissipation, and more color options. In the next 10 years, LED headlights will be used in more cars.
